1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

A return or exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

To claim damage, an unboxing video (without pause or cuts) is mandatory.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, washed, ironed, or worn
  • Product smells of perfume, detergent, smoke, or body odor
  • Product tag is removed
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Minor thread pulls or weaving irregularities
  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen display
  • Change of mind after purchase

⚠ Important:
Handloom sarees may have natural weaving variations. These are not considered defects.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Customer must ship the product back in original condition before exchange is dispatched.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If error is from Tantvithi (wrong/damaged item) → We bear shipping cost.
  • For size preference or voluntary exchange → Customer bears return shipping cost.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Refund timelines may vary depending on bank/payment gateway processing time.

7. Quality Check Process

All returned items undergo strict quality inspection.
If the product fails inspection, it will be returned back to the customer without refund.

  • Reason for return
